If you’d like a visual, I listen to this very often while driving down Santa Monica. It actually keeps me from gnawing on my seatbelt in frustration at the traffic.

Today I got some bloodwork back from my doc & I have low vitamin D. Yeah, the kind you get from SUNLIGHT.This is embarrassing, because I live in California. She suggested I “go outside more”, as if I was some creepy Twilight fan that avoids daylight and sits around making out with Edward pillows until after sunset.

Caught the sun setting at Santa Monica Pier today! Arcade games, pinball, & margaritas…(and a parking ticket which I won’t discuss because it makes me angry.)
